New SDI fiber series features high quality of video transmission, compliance with international SDI standards, long haul run up to 12 miles by default and all advanced features such as RS-485, dedicated AUX and Ethernet channels for IPTV distribution. We released several models for specific applications, those options include: simple and affordable 1, 2, 4 channel units, 8 channel unit with integrated CWDM mux and unit with 2 Ethernet channels.

This new conjunction broadens area of usage for the extender, making it ultra-scalable and versatile solution for any live-event application, merging conventional SDI video distribution with IP based video systems, allowing you to distribute HD video over multiple networks simultaneously. Moreover these extenders come with embedded audio, RS-485 (optional RS422/RS232) data channel for camera control and dedicated AUX for additional audio.
