Q-8-XLR-TX-RX
8-Channel Bidirectional XLR Balanced Audio over Fiber Optic Converter
QuestTel's 8-Channel XLR Audio over Fiber converter transmits 8 channels of balanced XLR audio over fiber optic cable across distances up to 20km (up to 120km on request). Built for concerts, broadcast, live events, and professional AV, it delivers interference-free analog audio beyond the reach of traditional copper cabling. The audio extenders support singlemode (SM) and multimode (MM) fiber, with a default maximum of 20 km over SM and 3 km over MM, engineerable up to 120 km. Each kit comprises a matched transmitter (TX) and receiver (RX) for interference-free balanced audio over a single SM/MM fiber. All audio is encoded at 16-bit quality for clean, professional sound. Available in standalone and rack-mounted configurations with ST/PC fiber connectors.
XLR audio over fiber: 8-channel balanced XLR audio over single-mode or multimode fiber, up to 20km (120km on request). Rack-mountable, interference-free TX/RX kit for broadcast, live sound and pro AV.
